Each September, people across the United States unite to take action against hunger, one of the nation’s most pressing issues. Right here in southwest Missouri, nearly 200,000 people struggle with the daily disaster of hunger. Whether it’s by advocating and raising awareness, making donations, or volunteering, you can find a way that’s right for you to make a difference during Hunger Action Month.
